- If you are unable to keep an appointment please
contact the practice as soon as possible.
If you do not attend or give less than 2 working days notice then we reserve
the right to take one of the following courses of action.
- The first time you miss an appointment a warning
will be given that if this occurs again further action will be taken.
Following any further missed appointments:
- If you are a Private or Denplan patient we reserve
the right to charge for the missed appointment. The amount charged is relative
to the length of the missed appointment and is based on our hourly rate of
£185 an hour.
- If you are an NHS patient we will unfortunately not be
able to offer you any more appointments on the NHS.
